John Frieda Frizz-Ease - Review

In June I did a review and giveaway for the John Frieda Full Repair line.  Since using those hair care products, my hair has returned to a more controllable, softer state.  Just recently I was able to try the John Frieda Frizz-Ease, a frizz-fighting serum.  With three different formulas to choose from - Original Formula, Extra-Strength, and Thermal Protection - there's a solution for every frizz type.  Countless women rely on Frizz-Ease Hair Serum to help fight frizz; In fact, a bottle of the sought-after serum is sold every fifteen seconds!

With the heat and humidity being as bad as it is right now, having a product that actually works on my hair to fight frizz is a relief.  I've seen good results with the Original Formula Hair Serum since using it.  A couple of times a week after showering I apply a dime-size amount of the hair serum to my locks and rub it in with my fingers.  The serum is left in my hair throughout the day, without rinsing it out.  It helps keep my hair from looking kinky and it gives a slight glossy shine.  Because I have long, thick hair I use three squirts to give all-over coverage.

To give you an idea of the three formulas, here's an overview of all three and what they do:

Frizz-Ease Hair Serum Thermal Protection Formula - This formula is the ultimate way to protect hair from the damage that causes frizz and color-fading - namely, hair dryers, flat irons, and UV exposure.  It contains a Thermal Shield Complex and promotes smoothing in order to help prevent future frizz that can stem from heat and UV damage.  In addition, it leaves hair silky and with vibrant, enviable shine.

Frizz-Ease Hair Serum Original Formula - This blockbuster formula began the Frizz-Ease phenomenon to transform moderate frizz and flyaways.  Original Formula Hair Serum is formulated with Seaweed Extract and promoted smoothing.  With continued use, this formula actually helps to prevent future frizz from forming.

Frizz-Ease Hair Serum Extra-Strength Formula - Designed for unruly, coarse hair, this formula contains Seaweed Extract and Silk Protein, known to condition and smooth hair.  Over time, the use of this formula has the remarkable ability to prevent future frizz.

I received products for review from Tractenberg & Co. on behalf of John Frieda.  The opinions within this post are of my own and I was not influenced in any way.  Please do your own research before purchasing products.  Your opinions and results may differ.
