My Review:

My abdomen is my biggest concern when it comes to my looks.  I have a muffin top and have carried it around for years.  The Belly Fat Diet For Dummies book has given me informative tips and advice on what I can do to get rid of abdominal fat that plagues me.  There are five main topics in the book that cover meal plans, exercising, overcoming obstacles and more.  I actually learned quite a bit of stuff that I didn't know before and I plan on using several of the techniques to see if they work.  While reading the book I highlighted the information that was most pertinent to me and am going to keep it for future reference and motivation.  Getting rid of a "spare tire" takes more than just reading a book and absorbing information but this is a book that can be helpful to people who want to learn more on what to do to get rid of the abdominal fat and keep it off.

I received book for review.  The opinions within this post are of my own and I was not influenced in any way.  Please do your own research before purchasing products or using services.   Your opinions and results may differ.

Show me a woman that isn't concerned with her abs and I'd call her a liar LOL. This book sounds AWESOME.

In the last five years, we had many new research conducted by scientists, doctors and nutritionists, examining how and why

our bodies both store and use belly fat. Results show that getting rid of stubborn belly fat is not necessarily about the

amount of calories, grams of fat, or number of crunches. In fact, researchers have dismissed all the things we believe for

so many decades about losing belly fat and getting a toned, flat stomach.

The good news about the new research is that it also found out that losing belly fat is faster, easier and more pleasant

than we used to believe for many decades. Losing belly fat does not need long hours in the gym and any fancy equipment or

gadgets. Ultimately, starvation is also not required. All you need is a commitment to live with healthier and better

looking body. Are you interested of the recent research and findings?
