My Review:

  My abdomen is my biggest concern when it comes to my looks.  I have a muffin top and have carried it around for years.  The Belly Fat Diet For Dummies book has given me informative tips and advice on what I can do to get rid of abdominal fat that plagues me.  There are five main topics in the book that cover meal plans, exercising, overcoming obstacles and more.  I actually learned quite a bit of stuff that I didn't know before and I plan on using several of the techniques to see if they work.  While reading the book I highlighted the information that was most pertinent to me and am going to keep it for future reference and motivation.  Getting rid of a "spare tire" takes more than just reading a book and absorbing information but this is a book that can be helpful to people who want to learn more on what to do to get rid of the abdominal fat and keep it off.
