Chocolate Covered Pretzel Patties - Holiday Recipe

This is an easy holiday recipe that the kids can help with.  In fact, my 13 yoa son, made a batch of them just the other day.

Chocolate Covered Pretzel Patties

Ingredients:

Chocolate almond bark
Ritz or Townhouse crackers
Creamy peanut butter
Pecans or decorative sprinkles

Directions:

Spread peanut butter on a cracker, then put another cracker on top to make a patty.  Dip the sandwiched pretzel patty in melted chocolate almond bark until it's covered completely.  Top with pecans or decorative sprinkles.  Let cool before serving.

I make these all the time, minus the pecans. So delish!

Ooh, I love this idea! Sweet with a bit of saltiness from the cracker...perfect. I have never seen these before, but I will probably make them over the holidays now. Thanks!
