Creamy Greek Vinaigrette Pasta Salad - #SummerPastabilities Recipe

I was asked to create an original summer pasta salad using Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Pasta. Without further ado, here is my creation:

Creamy Greek Vinaigrette Pasta Salad


Ingredients:

1 box Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Bow Tie Pasta

1/2 cup black olives, diced

1/2 cup green olives, diced

1/2 cup sweet peppers, diced

1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds

1 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese

2 cups mayonnaise

2 cups Greek Vinaigrette salad dressing

Directions:

Prepare Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Bow Tie Pasta as directions indicate on back of box. Drain, then place pasta in large bowl.

Mix in black olives, green olives, sweet peppers, sunflower seeds, and feta cheese.

Pour in mayonnaise and Greek Vinaigrette salad dressing. Mix well.

Chill in refrigerator for one hour before serving.

Serves 6-8.
