Terrapin Ridge Farms - Specialty Foods Review

I received products for review. The opinions within this post are of my own and I was not influenced in any way. Please do your own research before purchasing products or using services. Your opinions and results may differ.

More than any other food, me and my husband are most interested in delicious condiments, spices and sauces. I think it's because we like to add a variety of flavors to our food. For example, pork chops can be enjoyed in a variety of ways if you dress them up with different tastes and flavor textures. Terrapin Ridge Farms creates distinctive sauces, dips, and other gourmet condiments and I was able to sample some of their offerings last year. I was elated to try two more of their sauces again just recently.

Sriracha Sauce is a flavorful paste of chili peppers, vinegar and garlic. Added in is tomato puree and aditional spices including smoked paprika. All natural and gluten free, this sauce can be used in dishes or as a dip.

I'm not quite sure how to pronounce the sauce's name, but Sriracha Sauce is different than any other. The merge of ingredient combinations gives it a unique flavor that is pleasing to the taste buds. The sauce is not runny, and has a thick consistency. I've added it to steamed vegetables and have used it as a topping on my omelets.

The Pot Roast Meal Starter is a blend of herbs and spices in a sauce. Also all natural and gluten free, adding it to a pot roast boosts flavor. Instructions are included on the back of the jar for how to prepare the pot roast and how to add the sauce. It calls for putting in only half of the jar for one meal, but I added the whole thing. Once the pot roast meal was done, we all dug in. Not one morsel was left.

Pot roast with vegetables tastes good to begin with, but it was an even more savory dinner with the added Pot Roast Meal Starter. The brown sauce with flavorful herbs and spices was a taste bud delight.

With the holidays coming up, there's an even bigger abundance of food and feasts. Terrapin Ridge Farms has the sauces, dips, condiments, and mixes to heighten flavors and create culinary experiences.
