Weight Watchers Brownie Bliss - #WWbrowniebliss Review

I received products for review. This post was sponsored by the Role Mommy Writer's Network. The opinions within this post are of my own and I was not influenced in any way.  Please do your own research before purchasing products or using services.  Your opinions and results may differ.
I've heard of Weight Watchers and its success stories, but have never been on their program. In fact, I've never been on a weight loss program that includes purchasing meal plans or food. I don't necessarily have a formed opinion on them one way or the other.

Weight Watchers Sweet Baked Goods has introduced Weight Watchers Triple Chocolate Brownie Bliss and Peanut Butter Brownie Bliss, two new products that hit store shelves in August. Triple Chocolate Brownie Bliss is a decadent brownie layered with creamy, real chocolate ganache and a chocolaty coating. Each individually-wrapped brownie is 80 calories and has a PointsPlus value of 2. Peanut Butter Brownie Bliss is an indulgent brownie layered with creamy, real peanut butter and a chocolaty coating. Each individually-wrapped brownie is 90 calories and has a PointsPlus value of 2.

I recently had a few people over at my home and invited them to try the new Weight Watchers Brownie Bliss products for a blind taste test. No one at first knew what they were eating. The brownies were unwrapped with no packaging indicator and the boxes were shown without any brand labeling. It wasn't until the taste test was over that people were told the brand of brownies and the real product packaging was shown.

The Triple Chocolate Brownie Bliss and Peanut Butter Brownie Bliss brownie bites were well received by all. I did hear comments that the brownie bites should be bigger portions but people understood why they weren't when they discovered the brand. Each piece is about three small bites. One of the male taste testers exclaimed that he's not a fan of the taste and texture of diet foods, but he really liked the brownie bites. Both are rich in flavor and have a soft texture. They don't taste fake and I highly doubt you'd know it was Weight Watchers unless you were told or saw the packaging. Of the two, I liked Peanut Butter Brownie Bliss best because it had a combination of two flavors.

I don't forsee myself joining a weight loss program anytime soon but I have become more conscience of the foods I eat and portion control. Weight Watchers Brownie Bliss baked goods are products I'd purchase and eat when I'm craving a snack because they taste good and are right for portion control. These new products can be purchased at national (Walmart, Kroger and Publix) and local grocery retailers.

Have you ever been on the Weight Watchers program? Which two flavors of Brownie Bliss would you like best - Triple Chocolate or Peanut Butter?
