Hillbilly Caviar - Recipe

In early October a friend of mine made Hillbilly Caviar, using a recipe from Ziplist. It was yummy to the tummy and easy to make. Since then I've used the recipe twice for family functions and I've copied the recipe around to friends because they like it so much. Go ahead, give it a try!.

Ingredients:

2 cans Mexicorn
1 can Rotel (reg or hot)
2 cups shredded cheddar
6 green onions (sliced)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream

Mix all together in a bowl. Serve cold.
Hillbilly Caviar makes a great dip, served with chips.
