Bringing the Holly Jolly Into My Christmas

Before you ask, I'm almost 37 years old. But sometimes the inner kid gets the best of me. One of those days was Sunday.

My sister invited me over to wrap presents and I jumped on the chance. I loooove wrapping presents. I find it so therapeutic. And by wrapping I mean using actual paper and tape. Not throwing it into a gift bag.
Traci and I laughed and joked and carried on like little kids. She used Elmer's glue to attach a bunch of cotton balls to my face and threw on a Santa hat. She wore a Santa hat too and a festive Christmas apron. Wouldn't the North Pole be so proud!

When we were done wrapping, we fixed up a bonfire the Redneck way using an old charcoal grill. Good times, good times! I'm back to acting like a normal adult today. But I may revert to my childish ways without warning. Just sayin'.

And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. It's stuff like that that the best memories are made of.
