As of Today, John Cena is My Personal Coach!

WWE Superstar, John Cena, has created a new fitness and nutrition program 10 Weeks BodyChange, and I will be taking part in that challenge. Up until recently, I've never been real active and haven't put much thought into nutrition. Now that I'm on the roller derby team, I'm eating healthier and am much more on the move. With that said, I think being a part of a structured program may help me with my weight loss goals and help towards a better lifestyle. I'm fairly familiar with John Cena and his celebrity status. I'm excited to see what he has to offer with the 10 Weeks BodyChange and how it will benefit me. I'll update you at the end of the ten weeks with my results.

The 10 Weeks BodyChange is an online fitness / nutrition program where John sends a set of personal videos every week to the subscriber outlining a nutritional diet and recipes that he has developed. Each week John also leads members through workouts he has developed to be the most effective – only twice a week at 20 minutes each.

The program costs $99 for 10 weeks and focuses on three elements –fitness, nutrition and motivation – to help promote a healthy lifestyle change. It has more of a female focus as this is meant to jumpstart healthy lifestyle choices, rather than intense workouts only or quick diet fixes.

I'm ready to give the 10 Weeks BodyChange a chance and am ready for the guidance from John Cena on fitness and nutrition.

I'm also going back to healthier.

I've started a 6 day a week intense work series at the Y and have gone back to my strict protein diet.

We can do it :)
