SHRED Pop - Popcorn Review

I received products for review.  The opinions within this post are of my own and I was not influenced in any way.  Please do your own research before purchasing products or using services.  Your opinions and results may differ.

I'm not on any particular diet or exercise regimen, but have been working towards a healthier lifestyle.  My body has been looking and feeling better, and I've been reaching for snacks that won't destroy my goal.  I was introduced to SHRED Pop popcorn, developed by Dr. Ian Smith, the author of New York Times bestselling diet books, SHRED and Super SHRED.

At only 100 calories a bag, I was able to try two of the available flavors - Kettle and White Cheddar.  SHRED Pop is made with non-GMO corn and all flavors are gluten-free.  Both flavors I tried are delicious and each bag is filling, holding me over until the next meal.  The kernels were popped fully into popcorn  and the flavoring was nicely balanced.  The popcorn tasted fresh and had no staleness.  I was also keen on the eye-catching packaging.

I can't personally say anything positive or negative about the SHRED diet and exercise lifestyle itself, but I was content with SHRED Pop popcorn and how it was a scrumptious snack without a lot of calories.

I love popcorn! It is one of my favorite snacks. I haven't heard of this brand yet, but it does sound really great!

I use to eat popcorn all the time, but I was eating probably the most unhealthy kind in the world other than movie popcorn smothered with butter. This looks like a great substitute!
