Copper Fit - Compression Sleeve Review and Giveaway

I received product for review. The opinions within this post are of my own and I was not influenced in any way. Please do your own research before purchasing products or using services. Your opinions and results may differ.

I started as a referee for roller derby almost one year ago. From the beginning, I questioned my sanity. Between shin splints and muscle spasms, the pain was almost unbearable. Although all the symptoms haven't been completely alleviated, I've been able to cut it down quite a bit with compression sleeves and sports tape.

One compression sleeve I've been wearing during derby practice and bouts is Copper Fit. If you've seen the product, it's most likely been on TV. It's a "As Seen on TV" product. Copper Fit compression sleeves are available in different sizes and you can purchase them for the knee or the elbow.

If you're not aware, compression garments are worn to provide muscle and circulatory support. They're most beneficial to prevent strain and fatigue, and provide support for muscle stiffness, soreness, and pain. Athletes and the elderly are more apt to wear them, although anyone could benefit from them.

The Copper Fit compression sleeve for the knee is black in color and lightweight. It slips on easily and provides a snug, but not tight, fit. Using it, along with sports tape, helps me personally by minimizing the pain in my knees and legs. There is copper infused in the material but it's very little and not enough to provide health benefits. I sweat a lot during derby so I appreciate that the compression sleeve doesn't absorb odors and doesn't feel like I need to wring it out from sweat.

Copper Fit is not a miracle cure and I definitely recommend seeing a doctor for any persisting or troublesome problems. With that said, I subjectively feel that it is useful during my derby routines.

Win It!

One person will win choice of elbow or knee Copper Fit Compression Sleeve.

Definitely for my knees. They hurt almost daily. My job requires me to walk and stand for four hours a day.

I would get the knee sleeve, because I've been having a pain there and my knee sometimes comes a bit out of place. I suspect this would help a lot.

I really need one for my elbow. I play frisbee with my dog every single day, and it takes a toll on my elbows.
