Building Dollhouse For Good Cause

This back view of the dollhouse shows the rooms and furniture. In the middle is a set of steep stairs. Adam still has to attach the domed roof.

My son, Adam, has been hard at work for the last few weeks putting together a dollhouse. He discovered the kit by chance when he came upon it in a back room at school. The teacher said he could take it home and complete the dollhouse.

The hard work and determination Adam has put into the dollhouse has amazed me. He's taken it to heart and has spent many hours laboring over it. Adam even purchased doll furniture and little dolls for play.

Just a few more hours of work and Adam will have the dollhouse complete. He's going to donate it to a children's hospital in the hopes it will bring smiles to ill children.

It's not perfect craftsmanship, but it's perfect showmanship.
