Hillbilly Corn Dip Recipe - #HormelFamily

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recipe for Hillbilly Corn Dip.  I've made it several times since and have even tweaked it to my liking.  It is simple to make, and has become an appetizer favorite.


Ingredients:
2 cans Southwestern Style Corn, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Hormel Real Bacon Bits

Mix all together in a bowl. Serve cold.
Hillbilly Caviar makes a great dip, served with chips.

Hilarious! I've made a recipe similar to this before but never heard it called Hillbilly Caviar. Sounds like it would be good served with White Trash Bars. If you've never heard of those, here's a recipe:

I have never heard of this looks really good I pinned it so i can find it later to try it It is always nice to find new recipes for dips for parties and family get togethers
