Essentia Water - Review

I received products for review.  The opinions within this post are of my own and I was not influenced in any way.  Please do your own research before purchasing products or using services.  Your opinions and results may differ.

No matter how you look at it, water is the best source of hydration.  And if you're in the habit of drinking water, what brand you drink or how you drink it really isn't a huge deal.  With that said, we recently tried Essentia, a water brand that uses a 3-step process to help fuel a healthy and active lifestyle.
Essentia's process first uses purification.  With that, the water achieves a purity of 99.9%.  Then they infuse trace amounts of electrolytes in a formula that complements your body's naturally occurring mix and concentration.  Finally, they go through an ionization process to provide superior hydration and a great taste.

The Essentia process energizes the water and alters its structure, thus making the water and the dissolved electrolytes more bioavailable. This makes it easier for the water molecules and electrolytes to enter the cells to hydrate them.
Essentia water is available in three sizes.  There's the 20 oz bottle with sports cap, 1.0 liter, and 1.5 liter.  The sports cap version was the most preferred with my teen kids.  The water tasted pure and refreshing.  It definitely didn't last long in my home.  Logan drank it after his daily runs, Jason drank it to hydrate while at work, and I drank out of the bigger bottles throughout the day.

Essentia water bottles are recyclable and contain no BPA.  It is a little more expensive than your normal, everyday bottled water but it also goes through a more thorough ionization process.

Do you drink enough water throughout the day?  Would you try Essentia water?

I'd definitely try it. It is interesting how some bottled waters taste better. For instance, I don't like dasani because I swear it tastes salty, lol.

I drink a ton of water. I bring in two 1/2 gallon glass water pitchers to work to fill up my smaller water bottle throughout the day. I always go through 1, but have more water for breakfast and dinner at home.

We drink a lot of bottled water when we are out and about. I have never tried this though, I will have to look for it.

I have not heard of Essentia water. I do not drink enough for sure, so I should look into a bottled water like this.
