Wordful Wednesday - Haunted Shed

Yesterday I posted a few photos of the Halloween party I co-hosted Saturday.  To add the affair, we set up a haunted shed to resemble the abandoned room of a spirit child.

Becky's grandpa let us raid his home and we scored big time!  We found an amazing array of antique toys and dolls.  With purple lights added in for effect, the place looked creepy at night.

I was too busy to get a picture, but my husband wore a red dress and donned a mask.  He was meant to look like a scary doll but came out looking more like a creepy cross dresser.  When the children went in to the shed at night, he jumped out and scared them.  Nothing better than sending the children home with goody bags and nightmares!

Becky defaced an American Doll magazine and plastered pics on the walls.

An appropriately fitting quote found in the magazine was "Pretend and make believe turn into real love..." .

Do you decorate for Halloween?  Happy Wordful Wednesday!

We don't do a whole lot of decorating for Halloween. It looks like you had fun with that haunted shed. Happy Halloween. Thanks for linking up.
