Wordful Wednesday - State Bound

As this proud mom has mentioned a few times recently, my son recently made it to State with the Cross Country Team.  Both the girl's and boy's team qualified.

Because it's been several years since either team has made it to State, a Pep Rally and Send Off was held at their school Friday.  The band played several songs, coach made a speech, and the players were introduced.

The entire school is in one building, from Kindergarten on up.  It was spectacular to see the everyone of all grades in the bleachers cheering the team and holding up posters.

Several children from the younger grades made posters for the team, with signatures and Good Luck wishes.

The team spirit was resounding.  I'm super proud of Logan and the entire team.

Happy WW!
