My Review:
Back in my elementary school days, I dreamed of being a teacher.  I'd either make my brother sit through several hours of worksheets or I'd study and solve the worksheets myself.  I found great pleasure in it.  (My brother, not so much.)  Now, I have nieces who are at the age where they like doing homework and learning.  They like to spend their time exercising their brains with games and puzzles.
The Five-Minute Brain Workout for Kids has been well-received by the kiddos.  Every once in a while I'll catch them at the kitchen table going through the book and completing word games and puzzles.  In this book, there are 365 word games and puzzles, with ten levels.  Some include anagrams, crosswords, and word search.  Some of it is harder than others, making it challenging.  The answers are at the back of the book. This paperback book allows kids learn in a way that doesn't seem so tedious.
