Joining the #Blessings366 Link-Up - Day Two

I've been a long-time reader of Angie at Blessed Beyond Words and am always encouraged by her faith.  Although it's something she's done personally for some time now, Angie is inviting bloggers to participate in the #Blessings366 campaign this year.

Angie's challenge is to post one picture and/or write each day of something or someone you're blessed by. It’s a great reminder to be grateful and thankful, even when times are tough.

I can't promise that I'll post a blessing every single day, but I'm going to do my best to be consistent and declare what I've been blessed with.  It's all about sharing your blessings and God's goodness each day of 2016 (including the extra day for the Leap Year).

If you'd like to take part, you're encouraged to do so.  Let's get together and share the Lord's blessings!

----------------------------------
For today, I'd like to share that I'm blessed to have my mom back home with me.  The nursing home did right by her and she's much better now than she was to begin with.  She's not at full recovery, but I'm happy with how well she is doing compared to times past.  The Lord has blessed that woman with nine lives!

This picture was taken one year ago of my mom and husband in a super silly mood.  It's moments like that where I'm reminded of mom's upbeat, generally uplifted spirit.  That's when the sickness doesn't have her down.

What have you been blessed with today?

Happy New Year! I have to say that I've been blessed in many ways, but today, I feel positive. I have a really good feeling about 2016 and I feel like I'm headed in the right direction. I feel positive about my faith, my new job, my eating habits (which will be improving) and so many other things... :)

Today I am blessed with a great family; of course I'm blessed by them every day but it's days like today I realize just how lucky I am.

Happy New Year! Today my daughter took me to do errands. Being with her is such a blessing.
I like this pic of your mom and hubby. I love being silly. I refuse to grow up. Lol!
