#Blessings366 - Day 36

I've been a long-time reader of Angie at Blessed Beyond Words and am always encouraged by her faith. Angie has invited bloggers and readers to participate in the #Blessings366 campaign this year.

Angie's challenge is to post one picture and/or write each day of something or someone you're blessed by. It’s a great reminder to be grateful and thankful, even when times are tough.

The last few days I slacked in keeping up with #Blessings366.  I've been blessed, but I've also been busy.

Today I'm blessed for an upcoming mother/daughter date.

Although Shelby lives in the same town as me, she's just as busy as I am.  She'll pop in once in a while, but it's not always not for long, quality time.  Knowing that a mother/daughter date was due, she purchased tickets and made arrangements for me and her to attend the Shinedown and P.O.D. concert in May.  Both bands are in the alternative rock genre.

I'm sure it will be a good time and I can't wait for the night to hang out with her.
What are you blessed by today?
