Random Tuesday Thoughts - Movies and Family Feud

Tuesday, bloody Tuesday.  It's time for another edition of Random Tuesday Thoughts, hosted by Stacy Uncorked.
No offense to you Missouri folk, but your back roads are Just. Plain. Evil.  There's plenty to see and do in your state but I can't take the ups, downs, turnarounds of the back roads.  Had to take them on Saturday and thought I was on the roller coaster from hell.  Crazy how they can make me beg to die but I can turn right around and hit up all the rides at Six Flags.
Friday night we attended Family Night at the church.  'Twas a lot of fun.  Family Feud was played, and Logan and Jason were on stage for the guy's team.  In the end, the guys beat out the gals and won AMC gift cards.
Sunday evening I went to the theater (with my own money, not the AMC cards!) and watched God's Not Dead 2 with a couple gal pals.  It was amazing, powerful, thought-provoking, and heart wrenching.  I absolutely recommend the movie.  What are you waiting for?!  Go see it!

While standing in line at Six Flags on Saturday, my almost 22 yoa daughter informs me that she went and got another tattoo.  Not surprising since she's already got four of 'em.  This particular one, though, threw me for a loop.  Guess she was having an emotional meltdown one day and instead of coming to her mother to talk it over, she met with the tattoo artist.  My daughter now has a tattoo on her ass of her own lips.  (Yep, you read that right!)  According to her reasoning, it's because the only ass she's ever going to kiss is her own.  #IRaisedHerWell
So, now that I've put my daughter's business out there, how have you been?  What's your randomness for the week?  Oh, and go see God's Not Dead 2 (in case I haven't mentioned that already!)

LOL - oh my! But secretly, I am kind of proud of her too. I mean, that's a statement to live by. :)
Some of the ladies from my church are planning to go see the movie this week!! I hope we can all agree on a date/time. The first one was very good. Very powerful.

Well, I guess of that's the worst thing she ever does, you can sleep soundly at night. I can think of much more worrisome things than a tattoo, even if the tattoo is, um, unusual :)

Okay, I'm kind of loving your daughter and her reasoning behind her newest tattoo. LOL That is just plain AWESOME!

I love how you and your family are so close; you're always doing something or another with everyone and it just warms my heart to see :)

Sadly it's been a very bad few weeks for me and it just seems to be getting worse so my last 10 days have been spent in bed. I'm hoping things will start to get better at least a little bit better soon.
