God Bless Our Country - Children's Book Review and Giveaway

I received book for review from Thomas Nelson.  The opinions within this post are of my own and I was not influenced in any way.  Please do your own research before purchasing products or using services.  Your opinions and results may differ.

Quick Overview:

The delightful animals in God Bless Our Country will help you and your children celebrate summer and so many of the wonderful things that make America great.

My Review:

Told in rhythmic form, God Bless Our Country features charming animal illustrations and tells of the things that are great about our country.  I love how this story has a strong emphasis on the things we do to celebrate our patriotism, and gives youngsters the understanding that we are free to praise God in this wonderful country.  Kids will see illustrations of animals doing things like swimming, going on picnics, and watching fireworks.  The book itself has hard board pages with a softbound cover.
Win It!

One person will win a book copy of God Bless Our Country.

I will attend the UVO Memorial Day service and then spend the day with family. If the weather is nice I will probably have a little picnic.

I'm not sure yet. My husband farms and it's his busy time, so it's hard to plan anything right now. We will go to the cemetery sometime to put flowers on my Dad's stone.
