Random Tuesday Thoughts - Time To Condense

It's Random Tuesday Thoughts time, yo!  Link up your randomness at Stacy Uncorked.

Well, folks, we are moving!  Found us a 2-bedroom house for rent on the other side of town.  We haven't necessarily been looking for a place, but this one became available and we thought we'd put our bid in.  Got the call yesterday that the place is ours after July 1st.

So, for the next three weeks, it will be pure mayhem.  I own way too much crap stuff.   Our new place is so much nicer, but quite a bit smaller.  I have some serious condensin' to do.  No joke.  #TimeToPurge

black and white canvas print came with five markers

There's always new stores sprouting up in my town.  The latest is Five Below.

As the name implies, everything is five dollars or below.  I had to stop myself from spending my entire paycheck in there.  It's crazy mad how much I wanted to buy.

I did end up getting a Coloring Canvas Print.  Because, by all means, I need more stuff to add to my walls.
--------------------------------
Went to the movies Sunday eve with one of the teenage kids.  We watched Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising.  It's full of raunch but it's worth watching once if crude comedy is your thing.
---------------------
Let a friend borrow our truck Friday to go to a concert.  Came back with a Keith Urban fan club sticker on the back window.  Guess they thought we needed it.
--------------------------------
What's your randomness for the week?  Ever shop Five Below?  Have any moving tips?

Girl, I can completely understand about having too much crap! My parents are looking to move up to Wisconsin and I honestly have no idea how they're going to do it with the sheer amount of STUFF in this house...

We have a 5 Below here in Rockford and I LOVE shopping there! I'm actually wearing a t-shirt from there as I type this.

Congrats on the unexpected move! And boy oh boy can I relate to having too much crap and needing to purge. It was a rude awakening when we moved from PA to WA and bought a house half the size of our original. We'll end up selling this and getting a bigger one (big issue is want/need more land) but I plan to continue to purge so it won't be as overwhelming as it was then (and now). :) Looking forward to reading all about the new place!

OK, that's hilarious your friend got you a Keith Urban fan sticker - love it!! :)

Congratulations on the new digs! And it feels like it always TimetoPurge around here. The house feels considerably lighter since the last one we did.

Ha - I kinda like that sticker. And Keith's not so bad either. :)

No Ive never heard of Five Below.I think you need to buy a few of those canvas prints to color and do a giveaway for them.Im laughing but seriously you should.
Moving tips.Purge everything before you pack.Ive been at my new apt almost 9 months and Im still not completely unpacked.I have 7 tubs in my bdrm to still go through.
If you havent used it in 6months-1 yr get rid of it.
Label boxes clearly.I won a keurig about 3 yrs ago.It got smashed in storage.I labeled it but my movers(who did it free)didnt pay attention. When I got it out of the box it didnt work anymore.I was beyond mad.I got a mini keurig to replace it.I cant say it enough, label and watch.
Im happy for you guys that you got a house.I think a new start is just what you may need.((HUGS))
Nothing exciting here.Just getting settled still.

Purge!!! Ugh! I have way too much stuff too. My downfall is books and arts and crafts stuff. It is exciting to move into a new house though. Congrats on that and good luck on the move. Biggest moving tip I can think of is really label in great detail ALL your boxes. It will save you so much time.
