It's National Relaxation Day

We get so busy and caught up in our lives that we sometimes forget to relax.  Life doesn't have to be so hectic.  I don't believe in being lazy but I believe in allowing down time for ourselves.

I allow myself time to relax by taking an hour nap almost every day.  It's been my ritual for a few years.  My day goes so much better if I get that hour nap.  And you can only imagine how it goes if I don't.

I love to knit but have not done much lately because of tendonitis in the hands. But I also love a epsom salts bath.

Ah, everyday should include some time to relax and just reflect. We should all try to make it an important part of our day!
