Subscription box services seem to be all the rage. Truly Pawsome is a company that's of that nature, geared towards dogs. Truly Pawsome is a monthly subscription box of 4-5 hand selected natural, eco-friendly and quality doggie treats and toys. The company offers doggie parents the chance to select items by size of their dog along with a variety of subscription options: 1 - 3 - 6 - 12 month plans. Truly Pawsome differentiates itself by offering free shipping and partnering with one canine rescue center, Rocket Dog Rescue, which receives 10% of all proceeds.
The selection process is simple. You first select the size of your pet, then you choose which subscription service you want. You are not locked in, and can cancel subscription at any time. You will then receive your box, which is shipped around the 15th of each month. If your dog has a favorite treat or toy they love after receiving their Pawsome box, you can order more through The Paw Stop. Currently The Paw Stop is not available, but is supposed to be soon.
I really liked the appearance of packaging from Truly Pawsome. All items arrived neatly placed in a blue box with the company's logo. Inside the stuff was wrapped with tissue paper that had the cutest pug images on it.
Inside the Truly Pawsome subscription box I received was:
Nature of the Beast - B&B Snacks - These snacks contain beef, beats and apples. The bag they come in is resealable. Helen had no problem standing at attention to receive these treats.
Maggie's Macaroons - Vanilla Flax - These macaroons are vegan, grain and gluten-free, dairy-free, and have no preservatives, colors or artificial flavors. These snacks are made using only pure organic ingredients. It was definitely not a treat I'd seen for dogs before but Helen sure loved them.
Spunky Pup Flash & Glow Ball - This ball, made out of non-toxic material, glows in the dark by flashing red upon impact. We don't have a back yard light, but we can usually tell where this ball is because it flashes brightly. It seems to be made well because Helen hasn't tore it up. She likes playing fetch with it and I like that it's more than an ordinary ball.
Natural Dog Company - Snout Soother Tin - This balm is a blend of organic, healing and moisturizing ingredients. It's formulated to help help crusty, dry, chapped or bleeding dog noses. This isn't something I've had to use yet but will keep it handy in case it's something that will be needed in the future.
Alien Flex Plush - This dog toy is made to look like an alien. It's made with double-layered stitching and Gnaw Guard lining. This is my favorite thing from the box because it's one of the few toys that Helen hasn't tore up within a few hours. In fact, it's still going strong without a stitch torn yet. The alien has a squeaker inside, making a lot of noise when Helen starts chewing on the toy. The toy is both cute and durable.
I was very pleased with the products chosen for the Truly Pawsome subscription box. The items included in the box were of good quality. I didn't feel like I was getting cheated. And, as for Helen, she gives PawPack two
