Every time they're presented at a gathering or function, I go to town on my fair share of Cheesy Hash Browns Casserole. I saw a recipe on Facebook from 77EasyRecipes.com and decided to make them myself.
Turns out, it's not hard to make at all.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Frozen Hash Browns
1/2 cup Melted Margarine or Butter
1 (10 1/4 ounce) can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Pint Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Peeled and Chopped Onion
2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, then transfer to a sprayed 11×14 baking dish.
Preheat oven to 350°. Bake for 45 minutes
Have you ever made a casserole like this?
What kind of casseroles do you usually like?

This does look good! I like Tuna Noodle Casserole. I'm not sure my kids love it as much as I do.
Looks so good! I may have to serve this up at our annual family Christmas breakfast we'll host in a few weeks!
Ni I have not seen the movies.
This looks so good minus the onions (sorry can't do them Yuck) and would be great to make ahead of time and them pop it in the oven when needed. My husband makes a really great Tater Tot casserole with green peppers and hamburger meat.
You said you made it, but you didnt say how well it turned out :)
My husband will probably make this.
