Random Tuesday Thoughts - Birthdays and Breakfast Pizza

It's been a couple weeks since I've thrown out my randomness.  I'm linking up this week with Stacy Uncorked to talk all things random.
----------------------------------
I've been on a "thrift store" and "sale" kick lately.  If I see a sign that reads either of those words, it gets on like Donkey Kong.  I've been finding great deals.  Now I just need to find bigger closets.  I went to one thrift store and came out with nine shirts and one pair of pants for $34.  Score!

Jason could care less about shopping, but found camo on sale at Kmart.  His eyes lit up like a kid on Christmas day.  Now he's set to go hunting.
--------------------------------

This is what happens when you leave your sausage breakfast pizza on the island at work.  I come back to find it filled with M&Ms.  Sometimes, I can't even deal.
--------------------------------
I went to the movies with my son, Logan, to watch the movie, Logan.  I'm sure he only wanted to see it due to the title name.  I'm not much into Marvel or X-Men or whatever, but it wasn't a bad film.
----------------------------

Speaking of Logan, that guy will pursue me relentlessly until I sit down to play a game of gin rummy.  He's a card-playing fool.  Guess he could have worse hobbies.  #PreparingForALifeOfGambling

birthday hat or dunce cap?!
March has been the month of birthdays.  I've attended a fair number of parties.  My favorite was great-nephew, Harley's, party.  He turned one whole year old.

Everybody's having babies, getting married, or getting older.  It's a busy year for festivities.
--------------------------------

Alaina and Chipmunk

My bestie was out of town for two weeks and I almost didn't survive.  I had time to actually clean my house and do all the adulting.  So glad she's back.
---------------------
workout wear

I've surprised myself - I'm still going strong with Nufit.  I'm not getting much skinnier but I'm getting stronger.  #StrongIsTheNewSkinny

I tried Pilates for the first time the other day.  I was rolling around on that medicine ball like a beached whale begging for water.  I think I'll stick to the other exercise classes.

What's your randomness for the week?
What's your favorite card game?
Find any good sales lately?

Rolling around like a beached whale---!!! At least you have some nice workout clothes so you looked good while you were beached :)

Your co-workers should be ashamed--I'm pretty sure ruining M&M's is a crime or a sin, maybe both.

Princess Nagger and I have been on a thrift store kick lately - we keep finding awesome deals (she loves retro electronics, so she's like a kid in the candy store - and she keeps growing, so finding great jeans and tops for her are a bonus!) :)

Ohhhhhh man! What a icky thing to do to your poor sausage breakfast pizza! I mean, M&Ms by themselves are yummy, but mixed in with a sausage pizza? Not very appetizing looking!

How cool you went and saw Logan with Logan! :) And even cooler he's a card-playing fool. You done good, Mama! ;)

That birthday hat cracked me up!

LOVE that picture of Alaina and Chipmunk!

Glad your bestie is back - now you don't have to clean your house and do all the adulting... ;)

You look great! And yes, strong is the new skinny. :)

Have a great week! Thanks for being random! :)

That's annoying that someone did that to your food. :(

I think my best thrift store find was when I was out in New Mexico with my daughter. They had this store, Savers. The tags were always in random colors. Each week, they would highlight one color. Throughout the week, the color was reduced in price until on Mondays, everything in that color tag was 99 cents. My daughter got a beautiful Jeep suitcase for 99 cents! Awesome!

My family always play different card games or board games at family events, it is our tradition. I love the photo of Alaina and Chipmunk.
