Date Night In - #DNIMOOD Subscription Box Review

I received products for review.  The opinions within this post are of my own and I was not influenced in any way.  Please do your own research before purchasing products or using services.  Your opinions and results may differ.

Subscription box services seem to be all the rage.  People seem to love the idea of receiving themed boxes filled with goodies in the mail.  Date Night In is a monthly subscription box service that provides solutions to those who have limited time for relationships.  The company offers couples at-home, experiential dates to keep their relationships strong.  I received March's "Pampered with Love" spa-themed box for review.

The "Pamper Your Love" box included several little pampering items in a nice brown box.  There was a white washcloth, two lavender teas, chocolate drizzled biscotti, sugar lip scrub, massage oil, grain scrub mix, two little cups, and an exfoliating pad.  There's also a card that gives handy tips on how to set the mood and use each item.  On the back was a recipe for Strawberry Basil Chicken which I'll definitely be making in the future.  Although we didn't do it ourselves, users can play some romantic music by checking out the few songs available on the Date Night In website.

Jason and I enjoy spending time together and take the time often to do things for and with each other.  He's not much into pampering or spa services but he went along with (for the most part) as we had our own date night in.

During 'Date Night In' we threw on our fancy dancy raggedy robes and tried out the products.  I spent some time romancing my man by using the roller ball of massage oil and relieving the tension while making him smell flowery.  Jason wasn't sure about the Sugar Lip Scrub or the Cleansing Grains Facial Massage but I coaxed him into it.  The little cups supplied are for mixing the facial grain scrub (not for the tea like I first thought!)  After pampering each other, we settled in and watched a movie while sipping on lavender tea and eating biscotti.  Pampering each other was a different experience for us but we had fun.

Date Night In boxes can be purchased at http://www.datenightinbox.com for a starting price of $34.99. Three-month, six-month and twelve-month subscriptions are also available.
Do you subscribe to any subscription boxes?  What would you want to do on a 'Date Night In'?

What a cute idea! I don't subscribe to any subscription boxes right now. Usually on "Date nights in" we just watch Netflix. lol! :)
