Ha! I totally get it. My two sons get so annoyed when we go shopping. The latest thing was with Mica's soccer shorts. Dad had him try them on. They were super short. When we showed up to his game, so many kids had longer shorts on. Mica stood out. I wanted to take them back. For some reason it was a big deal to the boys in my house. They thought I was a crazy lady for taking them back. I'm like, "If he stands out, doesn't like them, and won't wear them for anything but soccer I'm not justifying the $25 we spent on them." Back they went. Mica had to go with me because I was returning them on his behalf. He wasn't a happy camper.
My mom, sister, and I did something very similar at our local Hobby Lobby several years ago when we had a snow storm and schools were closed. We have pictures to prove it, too, and they're HILARIOUS! Looks like you guys know how to have fun regardless of where it is or what you're doing!

Your son looks like he has lost weight--I am envious! Hard work and hard play must be paying off for him :)
I usually look like that when I have to wait in the store too lol. Looks like he like his chair. Maybe you should get him one for home use ;)
Hey, those are some comfortable chairs at Staples and I would try them too! Good thing you were waiting anyway so it wasn't awkward.
Haha this happened to me once too. photographed it went well :D
