Left Part of My Heart in Quito

I've made it back from the most exhausting, emotional, humbling, and rewarding experience of my life.  Did ya miss me?!

In the next few days I will be posting about my Quito, Ecuador mission trip.  Warning up front:  There will be a lot of posts with a lot of pictures.

I loved the trip so much that I've already made plans to go back around the same time next year.  I'm going to try to tackle my thoughts and emotions in my upcoming blog posts but let me know if you have any questions about mission trips, Ecuador lifestyle and food, or anything else.  I'd love to answer them for you.

You've got to share with us all the good works you did while you were there, of course, but I for one would love to hear what you ate! I don't have the first clue about food from there. Glad you got home safely :)
