Today Only: Free Scary Face Pancake at IHOP

Today, on Halloween, kids 12 can under can receive a free Scary Face Pancake at IHOP. Come to your favorite IHOP® and create the spookiest, kookiest pancake you can imagine using strawberries,
whipped topping, Mini OREO® cookies, and candy corn.

This offer is valid from 7 am to 10 pm. One pancake per child. Dine in only.
