Wordful Wednesday - Thanksgiving 2018

meat and cheese tray made by my niece

It's another Thanksgiving in the books!  This year the family gathered at my niece's house for a large feast.  The weather was fairly good so the kids played outside a lot (always a plus).

me and my oldest daughter, Shelby

As per the usual, there was an abundance of food.  And, I ate an overabundance of it!
With the exception of one small tiff, things were pretty great with the large group of about 35 people.

Three of my kiddos - Juliann, Logan, and Allyson

I brought a stack of games for us to play.  Most everyone spent time outdoors but a few of the games were played.

How was your Thanksgiving?

Sounds like a lot of fun! We had a very laid-back Thanksgiving at home this year.

I saw how you casually mentioned that "one small tiff" but didn't give us any of the juicy details--I guess it is a successful get-together if there's only one small tiff!! We had one of those too, as per the usual, then ate and played Scattergories, Spot It!, and several other games. We LOOOOVE board games!
That is a lovely meat and cheese turkey :)
