My family's Thanksgiving feast is over and I've gained five pounds. I ate until my insides hurt. We celebrate Thanksgiving every year the Sunday before at my sister's house. Food, food, food everywhere. It was a delicious delight! We also drew names of who we'll be buying Christmas gifts for this year. As for the actual day, I think we'll just do a small meal at the house. Nothing extra fancy.
New Moon is based upon the second Twilight series novel. I got my tickets in advance and it's a good thing I did. The movie sold out quickly and it was packed elbow to elbow. Of course when Jacob arrived on scene, girls swooned. The same was done for Edward. I'm not overly crazy about either of them. Although they're great actors, I'm not a swooner for either. I'd say that I'm more of a Team Bella kind of person. She's pimpin' it with two guys!
The movie was enjoyable, much better than the book for me. I found that it's necessary to watch the first movie or read the books before watching this or it may be over your head.
I've gotten a bunch of Christmas presents wrapped. Since the tree's not up, they're all sitting in a pile on my kitchen floor. I think we may get the tree put up sometime next weekend. I'm finally getting into the Christmas spirit. Although I still think this year has gone waayyyyy to fast for me.

Since you do your family's Thanksgiving feast on Sunday, do you do another smaller one at home on Thursday? :)
I haven't been sucked into the whole Twilight saga....yet! :)
This year has gone by way too fast for me, too - I'll be decorating this weekend and hopefully get my shopping and wrapping done sometime before Christmas...usually I have my shopping done by Thanksgiving, but not this year. ;)
I wish my Thanksgiving meal was over already. I dread cooking all day.
Sounds like you had a great time at the movies. I am not a big Twilight fan but my daughter went to see it last night with a friend. Haven't talked to her yet to see what her thoughts were.
Yikes, you've scared me about Thanksgiving dinner.
Have a great RTT!

Boy you already have your Christmas gifts wrapped???? I'm so far behind everything... Happy Tuesday!
* my Randomness is up too:)
I really enjoyed the Twilight books. Although New Moon was my least favorite because I'm all in for Team Edward and I had to race through the Jacob stuff. Hehe.
Happy RTT!
I loved the books but the hype's making me not want to see the movies. I also haven't bought a single gift yet. I'm screwed!
what a great idea to do it on Sunday so all can gather :)
Glad to hear the movie is good, I'll have to wait for DVD. Loved the books! LOL no team picker here ;)
Look at you go already wrapping that will be me on Friday :)
I can't believe you've already had Thanksgiving!!!!
No Twilight here and no New Moon....didn't read the books and I'm not seeing the movies. I'm not against them. I just don't care. ;)
I'm laughing at the picture of wrapped Christmas presents on your kitchen floor! Awesome!
Great RTT!
Stopping by from Keely's. 99% of all posts written by women this week have at least mentioned Twilight. I am glad to hear at least you are not a swooner. Happy RTT.
