The hayrack ride was a popular event. Kids and adults were let on to ride during the evening and adults only went later in the night.

My nephew dressed up as a mountain lion.

My niece was dressed as a Catarina (a cross between a cat and a ballerina).

My niece was dressed as a Catarina (a cross between a cat and a ballerina).

Many of the campsites were decorated for the festivities. This graveyard scene was at my sister's site. Three of my kids went trick-or-treating. Adam was dressed as a state trooper, Juliann as a hippie, and Logan as a skeleton.
All of the kids came out with a lot of loot. This was just Logan's stash. I made up 45 bags of candy and ran out in twenty minutes. A neighbor camper then ran to the office and bought all the small bags of potato chips, which then ran out in the same amount of time. Next year I guess I'll need to save up a small fortune to buy copious amounts of candy.

Me and a camper friend played the role of helpless dying girls in the haunted forest Friday and Saturday night. It was my first time being in one and I had tons of fun. However, I screamed so much and so loud that I lost my voice for two days after. Finally got it back today. Next year I'll play the role of a mute helpless dying girl.
