PatientStyle - Nursing Gown Review

I received product for review. The opinions within this post are of my own and I was not influenced in any way. Please do your own research before purchasing products or using services. Your opinions and results may differ.

I've stated it before but to make it real clear, I'm not pregnant. And I'm not going to be. I do know a bunch of girls, though, that are. Because of that, I've been looking for gifts that will be perfect for baby showers and new moms.

PatientStyle, a company that creates hospital wear that provides patients with cutting-edge comfort and the dignity they deserve, sent me a nursing gown for review. Being that I'm not nursing (nor have I ever), I can't technically vouch for how easy it is to nurse while wearing it but I can say it's pretty and comfy. August is Breastfeeding Awareness Month and this gown is perfect to showcase for that reason.

The Lilli Rue Nursing Gown by PatientStyle comes in two colors and is made from soft interlock knit fabric. It is designed to be worn during delivery, recovery and at home. It has hidden center slits that provide modesty while nursing. One size fits most.

The gown I received is light sea green with a flower pattern. It slips over the body, with no ties or buttons. It provides ample coverage with length that almost hits the ankles. The material is very comfortable and doesn't feel heavy. Although I'm not a new mom, I wear the nursing gown often to bed because I like the feel of the material and the coverage it provides. No one would know that it's a nursing gown just by looking at it.

Slits on each underside of the gown near the breasts give access for mother to nurse her baby.

It must be something that's going around because a LOT of my friends seem to be pregnant, too!

I'll have to let my friend know that is nursing :)
