Coated Peanut Butter Patties Recipe - #HormelFamily

Every year during the holidays I always make these salty/sweet confections.  My older sister passed the recipe on to me some time ago and I've found that they're easy and fun to make.

Chocolate  or white chocolate almond bark
round salted snack crackers
SKIPPY creamy peanut butter
Pecans or decorative sprinkles

Directions: Spread peanut butter on a cracker, then put another cracker on top to make a patty. Dip the sandwiched pretzel patty in melted almond bark until it's covered completely. Top with pecans or decorative sprinkles. Let cool before serving.

I will be makig pb cookies for the holidays and this would be a good way to use up the rest of the peanut butter. -craftyone

Delicious! We makes these, too--well, the white chocolate version anyway. Never made the chocolate and pecan version, but I will now!
