My Review:
I'm a firm believer in the power of prayer. And not just during times of need. I think we should pray at all times, for all occasions. I Can Learn to Pray is a wonderful tool for children in showing them the different ways to pray.
This hardcover book has a "To" and "From" section in the front for gift giving purposes. There are adorable illustrations and bright colors throughout the book. The wording does not veer away from Biblical truth, but is written in a way that's understandable to children.
There are seven sections in this book, each one with different aspects on prayer. One shows "Thank You" prayers where another section has "I'm Sorry" prayers. There is a page for each week of the year, covering fifty-two weeks. This books is wonderful for children to learn how to be humble and how to pray. There are several navigations, including "Praying This Week" which guides children on how they should pray and what they should say.
