I'm honestly not sure which one she'd play with first! I'm going to guess the dress up box, but I think she'd like both of them. She's got Grandpa Pig's train set ("It's NOT a toy train. It's a min-i-a-ture locomotive!") and minifigures of all the characters, so I can see train rides all over the play mat being very popular.
