I faced the cold, hard truth some time ago that I' m not getting any younger. I know that I'll never be back to looking like I did in my twenties, or even thirties. And the spring in my step has slowed down. But, I'm doing what I can to slow the aging process (minus surgery). I don't believe any product can completely reverse the signs of aging but there are some out there that I've found to be beneficial in keeping the aging process from going as fast.
I've been using NeoCell's Move Matrix Advanced Joint Hydrator for almost a month now. There are 150 capsules to a bottle, with a suggested dosage of five capsules day. In other words, you receive one month's worth of product in one bottle.

I sit at a desk for at least eight hours a day for work and my joints become sore. Then, I exercise and work out a couple times a week. If Move Matrix is doing what it claims it does, then I'm quite all right with taking it every day. Besides, it comes from a company that I have positive stock in.
