Random Tuesday Thoughts - MDI and Memories

Trader Jimmy says welcome to another week of Random Tuesday Thoughts, hosted by Stacy Uncorked.
I've officially made it nine years as a blogger.  That's more commitment than I give most things!  Thanks to my readers for sticking with me through it all.
I went to grab a can of Pepsi to take to work last night.  Grabbed a Keystone Light instead.  And, of course, noticed when I got to work!

That's what I get for putting both in the same fridge drawer.
Last year's graduate with this year's graduate

This time last year Jason graduated MDI (Ministry Development Institute).  This year we were able to celebrate my nephew, Justin, graduating from the same program.  It's two years of studying, writing essays, watching videos, and reading books to further develop skills in the ministry field.

A friend from church created this memory bear out of a blanket my mother used often during her many hospital stays.  I'm having one made for me too, but gifted this particular bear to Justin for his graduation.  He was close to my mom, and I know she'd be proud of him.

just one of the many, many tables

Last weekend I joined in with seven other gals for a large yard sale.  I didn't think I had much but ended up making a fair profit.  Is it a bad thing that I also spent money there?!  I bought a few things for myself, including two storage cubes.  They're still sitting in the middle of my living room floor.  I knew I just HAD to have them.  Now I have no idea where to put them.

I haven't been addicted to a show since True Blood....Until now.  I've started watching The Handmaid's Tale on Hulu and am hooked.  I'm on episode seven and can't wait for the time to watch another show.  I'd totally binge watch it if given the chance.
What's your randomness for the week?
Going to any graduations?
Have you been watching The Handmaid's Tale?

Your beverage screw up cracked me up. I reckon your co-workers were like, does she have a problem or what? Now, that could be a mental or drinking one, you decide? LOL

The image of the graduation table makes me think on our kids' graduations. This was something new-to-me in 2006. It certainly wasn't anything we did as high school graduates but it's a fun idea.

No, I haven't seen any of The Handmaid's Tale but I'd like to catch it. Perhaps, it'll eventually make its way to either Netflix or Amazon Prime for me to watch.

Have a happy, randomnation!

Oh, dear, i can only imagine how you felt when you got to work with the wrong drink! It’s like going to class with the wrong book.

Congratulations to your graduate!

Congrats to the grad! The bear makes for a very special gift.

I have been wanting to catch up on The Handmaid's Tale but haven't gotten around to it yet. Glad to hear it's a worthwhile watch!
