My Review:

I do not have diabetes but was recently informed by my doctor that I need to make some health changes.  The Clean & Simple Diabetes Cookbook been a great tool for delicious meals that aren't laden with fats.  There's many recipes that an "average cook" can create without going above budget or looking for ingredients you can't normally find.

Other than the fact that the pages don't always lay flat, this cookbook is one of my favorite I've owned.  Not only does it have so many recipes (some I've made and more I plan on making) but it also full of tips, pointers, facts and strategies.   My favorite section is the "Essential Cooking How-To's".  It features basic techniques on how to properly cut a cucumber, how to grate fresh gingerroot, and much more. The content on meal prepping is super helpful too.

Whether you have diabetes or not, I definitely recommend this cookbook as one to add to your collection.
