cooking hot dogs and brats over the campfire
Just a "few" days late but wanted to post about Memorial Day weekend (if only for my memories). Several (and I mean several) of us went to Woodyz Acres campground in New London, MO for a three-night stay. We had seven people and two dogs in our pop-up alone.

I found this Easter TP at a thrift store and brought it. I ended up hanging the roll in the women's communal campground bathroom. #HolidayConfusion
The first night was spent setting up camp and hanging out. We played several games of Quarters and had our fair share of drinks. The next couple days were hotter than Hades but we managed to have a
good time.

Throughout the weekend, we played old-fashioned Bingo, created art with mini diamond art kits, played card games and Quarters, and rode on golf carts. We also cooked an overabundance of food, swam in the pool, and played putt putt golf. It was one of my favorite Memorial Day weekends ever.

Sounds like you all had a great time - even with the heat! That's awesome. :) It's nice to get away sometimes - even for a weekend.

Why can't I ever find hilarious stuff like that toilet paper at a thrift store. That's great! Sounds like a weekend well spent!
